How to work on my problem I had.\nCarmen caught me. At the beginning it was a little bit difficult for me to figure out how the sessions are working, could also have been the language barrier. Carmen was patient and repeated or said the sentence in different words, so that I could follow her easier. Through our talking during the session, I always felt better at the end as at the beginning. I liked the idea of writing down my anger. It took away some pressure of me. I flet comfortable with Carmen as her calm character and finding the right words or let\u2019s say the right questions helped me a lot to break through my circle of thoughts and keep moving.\nOnce sentence she said to me will always be in my head.
